Identifying HP servers to manage
Multiple collections are created during installation to enable you to identify HP servers within the SMS
environment. These collections can be modified to fit individual needs.
The HP Updates collection (on page
15 ) is the default collection targeted for advertising the scan tool.
This collection must be properly updated so that the scan tool is advertised to the correct target system.
Modifying the list of scanned systems
If the installation has proceeded normally, the query statement that performs collections accurately
represents the servers in the collection. However, the statement might need to be modified if new HP
servers are released and should be added to the collection. To modify the list of scanned systems on
which the scan tool runs:
