REAR CHAMBER ACCESS
RELEASE THE CUTTING CHAMBER
FASTENERS
Release the safety switch actuator screw with a box
wrench.
Loosen the hold-down clamp bolts to allow the plates
to slide upward to release the rear hatch.
Once the hold-down clamps are out of the way tighten
one of the bolts to keep them up.
The pneumatics, which open the machine, should not operate
until the power is completely disconnected. If you discover
that the pneumatics DO operate while the power is still on,
immediately shut down the machine and call for maintenance
to adjust it.
Make sure no one is near the rear hatch during
operation.
Actuate the cutting chamber cylinder from the
pneumatic console by turning the switch to the
LOWER position. Hold the switch till the hatch stops
