2 Make sure both units are powered on.
If using a PC or Mac with a terminal emulator to
connect to the Console port, make sure it is con-
figured with the following terminal settings:
❏ Baud rate: 9600
❏ Data Bits: 8
❏ Parity: None
❏ Stop Bits: 1
❏ Flow Control: None
3 Once connected, the Local Management Inter-
face Main Menu appears on the screen, as
shown in Figure 4-2.
