Type 3: 0–5k

Type 0: no HPD
Type 1: HPD on brake input
Type 2: HPD on KSI
‡ SRO types
Type 0: no SRO
Type 1: SRO on brake input
Type 2: SRO on KSI plus brake input plus a direction input
Type 3: SRO on KSI plus brake input plus forward input
