CART-500-SCL (Lift Table with Scale Head)
1. Use & Character
According to the required of the customers, we design this new hydraulic lift table with scale on the original
products. This new product equipped sensor and display component which can reduce the labor intensity and
main-function transport tools.

3. Installation and Adjusting
1) Insert the handle into the frame, and fix them by two bolts M12x25, big washer and spring washer.
2) Put the sensor in the control box of the handle.
3) Insert foot pedal into the foot pedal holder, and fix it by M8x20 bolt and big washer and spring washer.
4) Install the gimbal cover in the straight rod and fix it by M5x6 set screw.
4. Using
1). Before using new product, please charge up about 12 hours.
2). Check the lift and lowering down: step the foot pedal rod to lift the table, and use the control handle to lowering
down the table.
3). Adjust the sensor and return to zero.
4). Please fix the brake and close the valve before loading, and use it in the rate capacity.
5. Warning!
1. Read and understand the instruction manual before assemble and operate.
2. Don not load the goods over the capacity.
3. When the table loads the goods, please not put your hands and foot under the table.
4. Don not put your foot on the pedal of the wheel when table is lowering down.
5. Put the goods on the some place of the table occupy more than 80% area of the table.
6. Don not move the cart when stacker with goods on the high site.
7. Don not use the cart on slope for safety.
8. Don not load the goods with bulk.
9. Please check the cart every day before using, once find the trouble should be repaired in time
