Safety measures can be:

steel: 3mm min.)
Safety costs
Safety is never free of charge. Preparation of
wire sawing work must always include the
installation of all safety features and
equipment as described above. Time and
materials for these installations must be
included in the price quoted to the customer.
1.3
Intended purpose
The wire saw is intended for use on the drill
stand type HCCB-7 and for sawing the above-
described materials with a diamond wire
Ø11mm (sintered) and Ø10 mm (galvanic).
Any other use involves potential danger and
excludes all guarantees of HYDROSTRESS /
TYROLIT.
Cut-out sections
These sections can be very heavy:
Example:
A cube with an edge length of one metre
weighs approximately 2.5 tonnes.
Ensure that these sections do not fall over the
cordoned area.
Power units and accessories
Only use the machine with the recommended
power units and accessories (also refer to
"Connectable equipment" and "Accessories" in
these operating instructions).

Before starting work
Emergency stop
Ensure that the machine can be stopped
quickly in the event of an emergency (refer to
"Emergency stop" in these operating
instructions of the power unit employed)!
First aid in case of accidents
Make sure you know how to alert first aid in
case of an accident!
Water, gas and electric lines
Make sure that all supply lines are turned off in
the area of your cut or core hole! Find out
whether it is permissible for such lines to be
cut through!
Reinforcements
Make sure that it is safe to and permitted to cut
reinforcements in the area of your cut or core
