9.4 Correct wire positioning 9.5 Flush cutting on the right
The cutting conditions are negative when
using the slack wire (S).
Explanation: The wire must be tensioned with
a very high force to provide sufficient contact
pressure per bead, as the contact length of the
wire is very long.
The wire should not be routed directly from
the top deflection pulley of the deflection
pulley unit into the cut, as the guard would
then be cut Only use the slack wire (S) for cutting in
emergencies.
