7.6.2 - DISPENSER CONSTANTS
7.6.2.1 - DISPENSER CALIBRATION

- Measure the length of the counterweight
- Accurately weigh the counterweight obtained on a balance.

7.6.2.2 - NUMBER OF DISPENSER PULSES IN ADVANCE
Generally preset Ø.
If the weight distributed by the dispenser is always in excess, regulate the number of pulses so as to
reach the real weight.
7.6.3 - ADAPTER ECCENTRICITY CORRECTION
This function allows electronic compensation of the systematic balancing error due, for example, to an
eccentric adapter. It is not able to compensate for errors due to worn adapters or adapters with a certain
amount of play.
Never use this function unless advised by specialist personnel. Follow the instructions on the monitor.
When the Eccentricity Correction is enabled, the icon
appears to the left of the screen.
7.6.4 - WHEEL BALANCER CALIBRATION
For calibration of the machine, proceed as follows:
- Use a medium-sized metal wheel. Example: 6" x 14" (± 1")
- Preset the wheel dimensions with GREAT CARE.
- Follow the instructions appearing on the monitor.
7.6.5 - TEST DRAWER UNIT
In the event that the drawer unit is enabled (see Drawer unit), start up in sequence all the LEDs on
the drawer unit.
7.6.6 - SELF-TEST BALANCING MACHINE
An automatic self-diagnostics cycle is provided for easier trouble shooting. At the end of the self-
diagnostics cycle, several parameters are displayed which are useful for the Technical Service Department
in order to identify machine faults.
