3. Using the Scan Tool

3.1 Tool Description

1) OBD II CONNECTOR – Connects the scan tool to the vehicle‟s

DLC.

2) LCD DISPLAY – Displays menus and test results.

FUNCTION BUTTONS – Corresponds with “buttons” on

screen for executing commands.
