Chapter 7: Roof Assembly
7. After installing all the lower roof panels onto the roof, with assistance, position an middle roof panel
(D) onto a A-frame rafter (G) overlapping the lower roof panel.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the middle roof panel is positioned onto the rafter as shown and . Make sure
that the distance is measured at the top portion of the lower roof panel (between the
rafter flat face and the rib starting position underneath the lower panel).
8. Install flange bolts (E) and flange nuts (F) on the rib of the overlapping middle roof panel (D) and the
lower roof panel (A) to secure them.
NOTE: Ensure that flange bolts and nuts are installed on the other rib of the middle roof panel only
after the adjacent middle roof panel is installed.

9. With assistance, position the adjacent middle roof panels (D) overlapping the previous middle roof
panels.
NOTE: Ensure that every fourth middle roof panel is positioned on the rafter properly and the dis-
tance between the rafter and the panel rib is maintained.
10.Install flange bolts (E) and flange nuts (F) to secure the overlapping panels as shown.
