29.Apply a strip of tube caulk (N) along the row of holes on both sides in the center cap plates (L and M)
and in the side cap plates (Q, R and S) as shown.
30.Install four splice plates (V) over the fresh strip of caulk (N), align the holes, and install bolts (P) and
nuts (A) securing the center cap plates (L and M) and the side cap plates (Q, R and S) with the splice
plates (V).
31.Locate the holes from spice plates (V), and install six vendor lifting eyebolts (W), NOT supplied by
GSI, and nuts (A).
