22.Align the two center cap plates (L and M) onto the center collar channel assembly, ensuring the
center cap plates are parallel to the long center collar channel (I).
23.Apply a strip of tube caulk (N) along the inside edge row of holes as shown.
24.Install a splice plate (O) over the fresh strip of caulk (N), and install twelve bolts (P) and nuts (A)
securing the cap plates (L and M) and the splice plate (O)
