Automatic Climate Control and Air Quality
Thenewclimatecontrolsystemautomaticallyadjuststheair
temperatureandfanspeedtomaintaintheoperator’spreferred
climatesetting.Thecabairfiltrationsystemrecirculates90%
ofthecabairandisnowservicedfromoutsidethecab,
enablingmaximumairqualityandcabcleanliness.Thenew
airconditioningsealingsystemkeepsrefrigerantcontained
preventingsystemshutdown.Combinedtogether,theoperator
remainsefficientandproductiveallshiftlongduetoa
sustainableworkenvironment.
Entry and Exit
Well­placedgrabbarsandaladderinclinationangleof
10­degreesforwardmakesthewalkintothecabfeelmorelike
astaircasethanaladder.Thenewwiderfronthingeddoorcan
beopenedandclosedwhileseated,greatlyimprovingingress
andegress.Twonewleft­handandright­handslidingwindows
canalsobeopenedandclosedwithonehandwhileseatedfor
comfortablecommunicationtopersonnelontheground.
Visibility
Visibilityhasbeenenhancedbyremovingthesteeringwheel,
addingaconvexwindshield,andeliminatingtwocab posts.
Thecabhasacleanandclearpanoramicviewforsafeoperation
ofthemachine.Externalrearviewmirrorsaremountedonthe
cabtoprovideallaroundvisibility.Theexternalmirrorsfold
horizontallytoprovidefast,safeaccesstocleanthewindow
fromthefrontplatform.Optionalheatedandpoweredmirrors
areavailabletofurtherimprovevisibilityincoldclimates.
Rearview Camera
Withthenewstandardrearviewcamera,visibilityisgreatly
enhanced.Thecameraislocatedinapocketonthegrillto
protectitfromdamageandtheelements.Thecameracan
besettoactivateonlywhenthetransmissionisinreverseto
helpeliminatedistractionsinthecab,especiallywhenindark
environments.Tworearworklightsarelocatedintherear
grillandcanbeactivatedtoilluminatetheareabehindthe
machineinlowlightconditions.
Control Panels and Park Brake Switch
TwocontrolpanelslocatedonthefrontrightROPSpost
consistoflargemembraneswitchesmakingthemeasyto
activatewhilewearinggloves.Themembraneswitchescontain
LED’stodenoteactivation/modeandhaveapositivefeeland
“click”tosignalactivation.TheISOsymbolslocatedoneach
membraneswitcharemoldedallthewaythroughtoensure
theimagewillnotwearoffovertime.Anew“help”feature
explainsthefunctionofeachmembraneswitch.A twoposition
rockerswitchactivatestheelectro­hydraulicparkbrakeand
isautomaticallyapplieduponmachineshutdown.
