Variations on these flat fees include:

For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:
o
Base fee of $350 plus $2,500 escrowed for 0 to 5 acre site; $3,500 for a 6 to 20 acre
site; and $4,500 for 20 + acre projects;
o
Base fee $600 plus an escrow deposit ranging from $500 to $3,000;
o
$300 for residential projects and $500 for all other projects;
o
Base fee $750 plus $300 for residential CUP or $500 for a commercial CUP;
