Variations on these flat fees include:

For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:


For communities with populations between 50,001 and 70,000:

Base fee of $310 plus additional (unspecified fees) that are based on use and variance
requested.

majority of responding communities did not cite any additional fees; however, the exceptions to this are
summarized below.

