3. Select the user group(s) to which you want to publish the directory or the
log sheet in the Available Groups area. Keep CTRL pressed to select
multiple groups.
4. Click the Add button to move the selected user group(s) from the Available
Groups to the Selected Groups.
5. Click the Publish button to confirm.
All users belonging to the selected user groups and having visibility rights will now
be able to view the directory or the log sheet.
Note 1
If the Publish action is done from a directory, all log sheets present in
this directory and its sub-directories will be published to the selected
user groups.
Note 2
User rights are set up in the User Manager application that comes with
IPDirector and can be set only by an administrator.
