Printing

Media Source

Click on one of the two radio buttons to select either Automatic Feeder or
Manual Feeder for your paper source. You can also select a paper source
by placing the cursor over the required paper bin on the printer image.

Copies

Click in the Copies box to enter a value (1 to 99) for the number of copies
you wish to print.

Collate/Reverse Page Order

Select the checkbox for Collate and/or Reverse Page Order. Use Collate
when you are printing multiple copies so all pages of one copy are printed
before the next copy begins printing. Click Reverse Page Order to begin
printing with the last page of the document. The first page of your document
will be on top of the stack in the output tray when your print job is
complete.

Orientation

Portrait and Landscape orientations define the way an image is printed on
paper. For most paper types, Portrait is tall, and Landscape is wide.
Portrait orientation is generally used for correspondence and reports.
Landscape orientation is often used for spreadsheets, transparencies, and
envelopes. Click on one of the two radio buttons to select either Portrait or
Landscape as the orientation for your document.

Media Size

Move the horizontal bar or click on the right or left arrow to locate the
desired Media Size option, then select.
