Replacing the
Chargers and Shield
Plate
3-21 Periodic Maintenance
3 Firmly pull out the used
shield plate, and dispose
of it properly. Insert the
new shield plate, and
click it into place.
Caution: Be careful not to touch the clear surface of the shield
since this deteriorates print quality.
4 Pull out the used main
charger, and dispose of
it properly. Insert a new
main charger, and click it
into place.
Caution: Be careful not to touch the wire or mesh plate on the
charger since this will also impact print quality.
