NTSC/PAL Colors
RGB colors used on PCs look great. When displayed on an NTSC or PAL television though,
they can look awful, with blooming and smearing occuring. Most graphics programs include
an NTSC/PAL color limitting system to prevent colors outside of their range from being
used.
If your intention is to play the title only on PCs, then this is not a problem. If it will be
played on set-top DVD players, then you must take this into account.
Tip: Be sure to try out the title prior to having it mass-replicated.
