Exporting Frames as Backgrounds or Stills
SpruceUp makes it easy to grab a video frame from a movie and either set it as a new
menu background or just add it to the Background's Media Gallery assets. As with
EyeFrames and Chapter Points, only I-frames can be used as backgrounds or stills.
Capture Frame to Menu Background
Press the Capture Frame to Menu Background button to grab the video being displayed
(based on the Scrub Bar's position) and set it as the current menu's background. This also
adds it to the Media Gallery Backgrounds tab.
Capture Frame to Background
Press the Capture Frame to Background button to grab the video and add it to the
Backgrounds tab of the Media Gallery.
