5.1.2.5 Cleaning of the Roller
Maintenance personnel can clean the Roller of the internal transporter.
5.1.2.5.1 Execution timing of the cleaning
Important
Before cleaning, please confirm “Backup” and “Restore” are not executed.
(1) When the request of the cleaning.
When the Alarm LED is blinking and "REQ CLNROL" message is displayed on the LCD,
the Autoloader is requiring to clean the Roller inside of the transporter.
(2) When the “CMer error” happen.
If the error is caused by the contamination on the Roller, the Autoloader recovers by
executing the cleaning as follows:
Insert “Door lock key” and turn right.
When “REQ. RESET” is displayed on the LCD,
turn “Door lock key” left. Push “ESCAPE” and
“ENTER” key, hold about more than 3 seconds.
“READY” is
displayed on the LCD?
Go to the next section and execute the cleaning.
1. Open the front door and turn
off the power switch.
2. Take out the magazine and all
the cartridge from the
Autoloader.
3.Set the magazine back to the
Autoloader and close the
front door.
4.Turn on the power switch.
