Field Name Description
Page Length The value in this field indicates the number of bytes in the Control
Mode Page being transferred. The value for this byte is 06h.
RLEC Report Log Exception Condition. This bit indicates whether the tape
drive returns CHECK CONDITION status with sense key set to UNIT
ATTENTION (06h) when one of its WRITE and READ error counters
reaches a specified threshold, as follows:
0 = Do not return UNIT ATTENTION when a threshold has been met.
1 = Return UNIT ATTENTION when a threshold is met.
Queue Algorithm Modifier Must be 0.
Qerr Queue Error. Must be 0.
Dque Disable Queuing. Must be 0.
EECA Enable Extended Contingent Allegiance. Not supported; must be 0.
RAENP Ready AEN Permission. Asynchronous event notification is not
supported; must be 0.
UAAENP Unit Attention AEN Permission. Not supported; must be 0.
EAENP Enable AEN Permission. Asynchronous event notification is not
supported; must be 0.
Ready AEN Holdoff Period Not supported. Must be 0.
