Registering Names
If you register data such as a name or
title, you can enter additional associ-
ated data by selecting that name or title
in E-mail Destination or Registering
Folders.
Registering a Name
AAAA
Press the
{{{{User Tools/Counter}}}} key.
BBBB
Press [System Settings].
CCCC
Press [Administrator Tools], and then
press [
T T T TNext].
DDDD
Press [Address Book Management].
EEEE
Press [New Program].
FFFF
Press [Change] on the right of Name.
The name entry display appears.
GGGG
Enter the name, and then press [OK].

you want to use under Select Ti-

that is displayed first.

[ L M N ] , [ O P Q ] , [ R S T ] ,
[UVW], [XYZ]… Added to
the alphabetical group select-
ed.
• [1] to [10]…Added to the cat-
egory number selected.

more page for each title.
