Creating an Original Audio CD
This chapter explains how you can create an original audio CD by recording
two tracks (stereo tracks) from the VS-1824 to the CD-R/CD-RW drive.
Connecting the CD-R/CD-RW Drive
A CD-R/CD-RW drive allows you to use CD-R or CD-RW discs to create
audio CDs. CD-R discs are the preferred format for audio CDs.
1
Make sure that the power of all devices is turned off.
2
Use a SCSI cable to connect the CD-R/CD-RW drive.
3
Turn on the power of the CD-R/CD-RW drive.
4
Turn on the power of the VS-1824.
In order to create an
original audio CD, you will
need the CD-R/CD-RW
drive (sold separately).
