Appendix A • Control Panel Menus
Use the buttons on the control panel to get to the printer
menus, define the print options, run a print job, position the
print carriage and turn the printer ON LINE and OFF LINE.
Using the
Control Panel
The buttons on the control panel perform the following func-
tions:
This Button... Does This...
ON LINE Toggles (switches) between ON LINE (communi-
cates with host) and OFFLINE (no communica-
tions with host).
Eject
Envelope When printer is OFFLINE, press to eject the last
printed piece from the printer.
Menu Displays the options on the Main Menu and the
Setup Menu. The printer must be OFFLINE to ac-
cess the menus.
If you’ve installed the
DA700/DA750 printer
driver on your computer,
you’ll normally perform
these actions from within
the application you’re
using to set up your en-
velope layout. These
settings will override the
control panel settings.
