Your phone can be configured to block both purchased and streamed
media content. Before filtering, you must first establish a PIN code and
e-mail address. Once those have been established, you can choose one
of the two available filter options:
Content Filter and Purchase Blocker.

Content Filters: Allows you restrict access to inappropriate content
both on and outside of MEdia Net.
•
Purchase Blocker: Allows you restrict the ability to buy ringtones,
downloads, games, etc., from this phone.
SETTING UP PARENTAL CONTROL

On the home screen, press the Start > All Programs > Cellular
Video > [O].

Use the [U/D] to highlight the Customize CV button from the
bottom of the homepage and press the [O].

From the Customize CV – Options > Parental Controls > [O].

Press [O] to access the MEdia Net parental setup fields.

From the Parental Control Setup screen, use your keypad to enter
information into the following fields: PIN Code, Re-enter PIN code,
contact e-mail address.

Use the navigation keys to highlight the Save > [O]. Allow a few
minutes for your information to be received and accepted by MEdia
Net. You can then use this information to activate the parental filters.
CONFIGURING THE FILTERS

On the home screen, press the Start > All Programs > Cellular
Video > [O].

Use [U/D] to highlight the Customize Cellular > [O].

Press [O].

When prompted, enter the PIN and e-mail address which was
registered with MEdia Net in the previous section.

Select Content Filters or Purchase Blocker > [O].

Select Save to save the setting.
