The Health Records Tab
The Manual Entry-B screen lets you add Health Records to the OneTouch ® DMS database ( see
Figure 3.25 ).

You may add the following types of Health Records:
■
HbA1c
■
Dr. Visits
■
Health Notes
■
Ketones
■
Microalbumin
■
Cholesterol
■
Blood Pressure (Systolic and Diastolic)
■
Height and Weight
You must enter a Date, Time, and Result (value) for each Health Record that you add. Date and
Time are specified in the same manner as with adding other data records.
