To e-mail any Report:
1. Display it first in the Choose Your Report main screen
2. Click on the Letter icon on the Tool Bar. An e-mail message will appear with your report
included as an attachment.
• Enter the e-mail address, a short message, and then send.
Notes:

Guest patient data in any Report cannot be e-mailed.
■
You can only e-mail reports directly from OneTouch ® DMS if you have a MAPI-
compliant e-mail client installed on your PC, and an internet connection. Check the
Help file for details on how to mail reports with a non-MAPI e-mail system.
