To fax any Report:
1. Display the Report in the Choose Your Report main screen
2. Click on the Telephone icon on the Tool Bar. A Fax cover sheet will appear.
3. Follow the information in the table below to identify which fields require entries and
which are optional
4. Click Send
Note: You can only fax from OneTouch ® DMS if your PC has a connected fax modem.

Receiving Fax Number Required The Program automatically stores
up to five fax numbers. Select a
number from the drop-down
menu.

Notes Optional The sender can add a text message
of up to 100 characters.
