Health Checks Report
The Health Checks Report displays results from diabetes-related tests and exams ( see Figure
3.11 ). Results may be from doctor exams, lab tests, and other at-home tests. This Report helps
you easily monitor how other health factors are impacted by diabetes.

The Health Checks Report includes the following result types:
• Cholesterol (HDL, LDL, and Total)
• Triglycerides
• Microalbumin
• Ketones
• HbA1c
• Height
• Weight
• Blood Pressure
• Dr. Visit (Office Visit, Eye Exam, Foot Exam)

For each Health Checks Result Type (for example, Ketones), the corresponding Value
and Date will appear.

Multiple results may exist for any Result type but only the most recent result is
displayed. However, the Health Checks Detail screen lets you view all results for a
particular result type (
see Figure 3.12 ). To access the Health Checks Details screen, click
on any of the result type links. The screen will display all records for a given result type
in both log and graph format.
