Exception Report
The Exception Report displays key diabetes-related information for all patients in the
OneTouch
®
). This Report helps you easily flag patients who
may need to be managed more closely. It can also be used to document improved standards
of care in a practice. Finally, Reports can be generated for subsets of patients, i.e. those under
a given insurance plan. If you enter insurance information for each patient, you can run a
report including all patients with a given carrier.
Report data may be sorted by the following criteria by clicking on the sort arrow in the correct
column:

■
Total number of glucose readings in the date range
■
Percentage of glucose readings below the target ranges
■
Percentage of glucose readings above the target ranges
■
Total number of hypoglycemic readings
■
HbA1c
