When this symbol
appears and stays on the
screen, it means the
batteries are getting low.
This symbol will remain
on the display while the
meter is on until the
batteries are replaced.
When this symbol is
flashing, the batteries are
too low.
You will still be able to test,
but replace the batteries
as soon as possible. If
batteries get too low, the
meter will not operate.*
Replace the batteries
immediately. The meter
