2.1 Making Basic Copies
The procedure for making basic copies is described below.
Check that the [Copy] key indicator is lit in green and
that the copier is in Copy mode.
• If the [Scan] key is lit in green, press the [Copy]
key.
Press the [Panel Reset] key.
• In order to prevent paper misfeeds, all copy modes
and functions should be reset.
Position the document(s) to be copied.
• For details, refer to “Feeding the Document”
(p. 4-5).
Make sure that the Color setting “Auto Color” is
selected.
• For details, refer to “Selecting the Color Setting”
(p. 5-2).
Make sure that the Finishing setting “Non-Sort” is
selected.
• For details, refer to “Selecting the Finishing
Setting” (p. 5-3).
