Setting the Write-Protect Switch

T9840 Write-Protect Switch
To write-enable a T9840 cartridge:
1. Hold the cartridge with the customer label side up and rear VOLSER label toward
you.
2. Locate the write-protect switch on the right side of the cartridge.
3. Slide the write-protect switch to the back of the cartridge (towards you).
To write-protect this cartridge, slide the write-protect switch to the front of the
cartridge (away from you).
