The cause may be a setting error of any of the slave stations which are set in the parameter.
Check the following master station parameters.
When slave station is JW-21MN, see "Chapter 11: Setting of Switches and Parameter" for
setting range.

The cause may be a faulty setting of the slave station parameter. Check the following slave
station parameters.
