The Outbox Index screen
• Every time you press , the highlight moves up or down one line.
• Unsent messages are displayed in bold font.
The message icons
The message icon at the left of each e-mail message indicates the respective
message status.
The message categories box
You can limit the displayed e-mail messages by using the message categories box.
You can select a category from the following: “All”, “Unsent”, “Sent”, and “Draft”.
1.
Open the Index screen.
2.
Select the Outbox folder by pressing .
3. Tap the message categories box.
The category list appears.
4.
Tap the desired category command.
The e-mail messages are now limited according to the chosen category.
