Unlocking the unit
Entries set as secret are not shown in the unit’s display when it is locked, and cannot
be accessed using the find function. To be able to recall and access secret entries,
the unit must first be unlocked.
1.
On the Secret screen with “Unlock” highlighted, press (or tap “Unlock”).
The Unlock screen appears.
2.
Enter the password.
3.
Press .
• If you enter an incorrect password, a dialog box appears showing it is incorrect.
“Unlocked.” is displayed briefly and the screen returns to the Main menu screen.
Locking the unit again
On the Security screen with “Lock” highlighted, press (or tap “Lock”).
The unit is locked again.
Note: The unit will automatically be locked again when the unit is turned off and
then turned on.
Deleting the password
1.
On the Secret screen with “Lock” or “Unlock” highlighted, highlight “Delete
Password” by pressing
.
2.
Press .
The Delete Password screen appears.
