3. Select the desired alarm list number.
• button: Selects the next number.
• button: Selects the previous number.
• button: Displays the page with date prior to the date of
the currently opened page.
• button: Displays the page with date newer than the date
of the currently opened page.
• To cancel searching, press the SEARCH button twice.
The camera number of which the start index sig-
nal of the pre-alarm recording is written may differ
from the camera number displayed in the alarm list.
When setting “HDD REPEAT REC MAIN” to
“OFF” or “STANDBY,” or “HDD REPEAT REC SUB”
to “OFF,” and there is an alarm recording (or emer-
gency recording) at the end of the HDD, that record-
ing may not be stored in the alarm list and that
number may be missed and not be displayed.
The alarm list numbers may become out of
sequence.
When an alarm recording (or emergency record-
ing) is started while displaying the SEARCH> screen, exit the
screen and then display it again. The new item will
be added to the list.
When using “DATE/TIME” in the
SELECTION> screen, the number of list items dis-
played on the screen can be narrowed down.
1. Press the SEARCH button to display the SELECTION> screen.
2. Set the desired date and time to be searched in “DATE/TIME”
and determine such setting.
3. Press the CLEAR button once to display the narrowed-down
list.
4. Select the desired alarm list number, and then press the
ENTER button to determine such setting.
• To cancel searching, press the SEARCH button twice.
• The search result of the alarm list search is displayed in
the single screen display in still-frame playback regardless
of “SELECTION CAMERA NUMBER” setting.
5. Playback the search result.
• Press either the PLAY (, REV. P) or PAUSE button.
6. To stop playback or still-frame playback, press the STOP
button.
■ ALARM LIST SEARCH
This unit stores the start times of alarm recording and emer-
gency recording in the alarm list when such recording is
started. It is possible to perform the index search for the
desired time (or the closest time) from the alarm recording
(or emergency recording) start times listed in the alarm list.
Up to 10,000 alarm recording (emergency record-
ing) start times are stored and displayed.
In the alarm list, items for the ALARM IN terminal
on the rear panel grounded are indicated in white,
items that were detected with motion are indicated
in green, and items for the EMERGENCY terminal
grounded are indicated in red.
To clear the alarm list, erase the data by
HDD DATA CLEAR> screen while the “HDD
SETTING” in screen is set to
“NORMAL” or “MIRRORING.” Beware that execut-
ing it erases all the data of HDD contained the video
data. Alarm recording then will be stored again from
00001.

The alarm list may take time to be displayed com-
pletely when there are many list items or the HDD
has been added.

Change the “SEARCH TYPE” setting and then press the
CLEAR button to display the “ALARM LIST SEARCH” screen.
• To display the emergency recording start time in the alarm
list, set “SELECTION CAMERA NUMBER” in the SELECTION> screen to “ALL.”
“EMR” on the position of the camera number in the alarm list
indicates the emergency recording.

When executing alarm list search while the “HDD
SETTING” in the screen is set
to “PARTITION,” set “PLAYBACK DEVICE” to “SUB.”
