I cannot make/
answer calls.
Make sure that you have a
phone signal. Avoid electrical or
radio interference, and
obstructions such as bridges,
parking garages, or tall
buildings.
Your phone may also have the
Call Barring feature turned on. If
you know the unlock code, you
can change this setting in the
security menu. > Settings >
Security.
Also, check and make sure your
SIM card is inserted and
working.
My phone has
poor reception
and drops calls.
Make sure you have a phone
signal. Stay clear of any
obstructions such as bridges,
parking garages, or tall
buildings.
I cannot hear
others on my
phone.
While on a call, adjust the
volume by scrolling with the
Navigation Key to either the
right (to increase) or to the left
(to decrease) the phone volume
in my earpiece. Also, make sure
that your phone's earpiece is
not blocked by its carrying case.
