Installation and operation
The wizard guides you step by step through the menus, in which you make the
necessary settings for putting the blade server into operation. You operate the
wizard with the
Previous , Next , and Cancel buttons. The Finish button closes it.
However, you cannot close the wizard until you have defined the following
default settings:
– Language
– Date/Time
– Identification
– Network
Language Defines the language for the menu (English or Japanese)
Date/Time Contains the time and the time zone and activates/deactivates
summer time.
Import If you have activated this option you can import the following
parameters:
– Language
– Identification
– Network
– PIN
– Power
Click Next and specify the path and file name of the configuration
file on the USB storage medium.
Ident. Contains details of:
– System Name
– Rack Name
– System Contact
– System Location
