GetPowerMode()
Call this function to get the current power savings mode of the radio.
Syntax
UINT GetPowerMode( ULONG & );
Parameters
NDIS_RADIO_POWER_MODE_CAM
Continuous Access Mode (ie: always on).
NDIS_RADIO_POWER_MODE_PSP
Power Saving Mode.
NDIS_RADIO_POWER_UNKNOWN
Unknown power mode.
NDIS_RADIO_POWER_AUTO
Auto. (Available for 730 Mobile Computers)
NDIS_RADIO_POWER_MODE_FAST_PSP
Fast PSP, good savings, fast
Return Values
ERROR_SUCCESS when successful, ERR_QUERY_FAILED when the query failed, or
ERR_CONNECT_FAILED if a connection with the radio failed.
Remarks
If ERROR_SUCCESS is returned, your ULONG reference is populated with one of the parame-
ters listed above.

GetRSSI()
Call this function to get the current RSSI (Radio Signal Strength Indica-
tor), in Dbm.
Syntax
UINT GetRSSI( ULONG & );
Parameters
References a ULONG that is populated with the current RSSI after a successful call.
Return Values
ERROR_SUCCESS when successful, ERR_QUERY_FAILED when the query failed, or
ERR_CONNECT_FAILED if a connection with the radio failed.
Remarks
If ERROR_SUCCESS is returned, your ULONG reference contains the RSSI. Valid RSSI range
is from –100 Dbm to –30 Dbm.
