Saving receive messages to a floppy disk
1. Press [F6].
2. Press [2] to display the Receive Message Log.

3. Select a file. To display a portion of the file selected, tap the space
bar.
4. For confidential messages enter password. This password will also
be saved to the floppy disk.
5. Press [Enter] to copy the file to the floppy disk. “Saving to FD”
appears during saving.
Note: If a file by that name already exists on the floppy disk,
“A file by that name already exists on FD.” appears.
Automatically saving receive messages
1. Press [F8].
2. Press [6] to display Auto Mode Setup menu.

3. Press [ ] to select “Auto Telex MSG Save”.
4. Press [Enter] to open the selection window.
5. Select “ON”.
6. Press [Enter] to close the selection window.
7. Press [Esc] twice.
