• When the VHS tape is inserted, DSS® programs will be recorded in the VHS
format.
• Any section guarded against copying (where a copy protect signal is inserted)
will be recorded in the VHS format.
• If the digital A/V cable is not connected, DSS® programs will be recorded in the
VHS format.
