4. LOW ICE PRODUCTION
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
a) See chart 2 - [3] and check dirty Air Filter or Condenser, ambient or water
temperature, water pressure, and refrigerant charge.
[1] Freeze cycle
time is long.
b) See chart 3 - [1] and check Float Switch, Inlet Water Valve, and Control
Board.
[2] Harvest cycle
time is long.
a) See chart 3 - [2] and check Control Board, Thermistor, Evaporator, ambient
and/or water temperature, water supply line, and Inlet Water Valve.
5. ABNORMAL ICE
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
a) Cube Guide,
Water Tank
1. Out of position.
Circulated water falls
into bin.
1. Check that Cube Guide is
properly installed on
Water Tank and tank is
fixed securely with snaps.

Pump Motor, and Control Board.
