List of error codes for SRT streaming
The error codes displayed on this camera are as follows. If necessary, take the following actions.
Lamp status Description and solution
The POWER lamp (orange) and
NETWORK lamp (green) are flashing. An error has occurred in the camera. Details of the error are displayed in the
main menu. Check the details of the error before solving the problem.
Message Description and solution
FAN STOP!
Turn off the camera as it may malfunction if used in this state. Contact the Sony
Service Center or your licensed Sony dealer.
FAN SPEED LOW!
The fan speed is too low.
Turn off the camera and contact the Sony Service Center or your licensed Sony
dealer.
PAN-TILT ERROR!
The movement of the camera has stopped due to an error in the pan-tilt
driving unit. Reset the pan/tilt position or turn off and on the camera.
PAN-TILT FAULT!
Turn off the camera as it may malfunction if used in this state. Contact the Sony
Service Center or your licensed Sony dealer.
MEMORY FAULT!
The memory of the camera has been damaged. Or the camera is running on an
older version. Turn off the camera and contact the Sony Service Center or your
licensed Sony dealer.

1001 Unexpected error The camera may not operate properly. Turn off
and on the camera.
1002 Disconnection of communication
due to setting change The communication has been disconnected
because the configuration was changed.
Connect to communicate again.
5001 Unexpected error The camera may not operate properly. Turn off
and on the camera.
5002 Unexpected error
5003 Unexpected error
5004 Unexpected error
5005 Connection failed Check if the destination setting is correct.
5006 Encryption error Check if the encryption setting is correct.
5007 Unexpected error The camera may not operate properly. Turn off
and on the camera.
5008 Unexpected error
5009 Sending failed Disconnection occurred during communication.
Check the network connection.
