The current software version is displayed at the top of the page, along with copyright information, who is it
licensed to, etc.
Getting Help
The ‘View Manual’ button opens this manual. If you can’t find the help you need in this manual, you can get
help in two further ways.
If you want to send a question to Technical Support, click ‘Contact Technical Support’. The following page is
then displayed:
Complete the form, making sure you enter your
email address and the instrument number, and click ‘Send’.
You can attach a file to your message via the ‘Add File…’ button.
If you wish
to access our support web page, click ‘Web Support’. The page will then be displayed. It lists our
network of authorised service centres and describes the services they offer.
Upgrading the Software
If a newer version of the software is available, this is stated in the lower-left section of the page.
To install the newest version, click ‘Install Upgrade’.
The install will then take place. The old version of the software will automatically shut down and be replaced
by the new version, which will then start up automatically.
