Cycle parameters
U
Parameter number for result:
Enter the number of
the Q parameter to which you want the TNC to assign
the first measured coordinate (X). The values Y and Z
are in the immediately following Q parameters. Input
range 0 to 1999
U
Probing axis
: Enter the axis in whose direction the
probe is to move and confirm with the ENT key. Input
range: X, Y or Z
U
Probing angle:
Angle, measured from the defined
probing axis
in which the touch probe is to move.
Confirm with ENT. Input range -180.0000 to 180.0000
U
Maximum measuring range:
Enter the maximum
distance from the starting point by which the touch
probe is to move. Confirm with ENT. Input range
-99999.9999 to 99999.9999
U
Feed rate for measurement
: Enter the measuring
feed rate in mm/min. Input range 0 to 3000.000
U
Maximum retraction distance:
Traverse path in the
direction opposite the probing direction, after the
stylus was deflected. The TNC returns the touch
probe to a point no farther than the starting point, so
that there can be no collision. Input range 0 to
99999.9999
U
Reference system? (0=ACT/1=REF)
: Specify whether
the probing direction and the result of measurement
are to be referenced to the actual coordinate system
(ACT, can be shifted or rotated), or to the machine
coordinate system (REF):
0: Probe in the current system and save
measurement result in the ACT system
1: Probe in the machine-based REF system and save
measurement result in the REF system
U
Error mode (0=OFF/1=ON):
Specify whether the TNC
is to issue an error message if the stylus is deflected
at cycle start. If you select mode 1, the TNC saves the
value -1 in the fourth result parameter and continues
the cycle.
0: Issue error message
1: Do not issue error message
