Fuel Level
1. Straddle the motorcycle on level ground and
bring it to a vertical position.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON or ACC
position and watch the fuel gauge (1) on the
instrument panel.
3. Note the fuel level.
4. Estimate your next fuel stop and plan
accordingly to avoid running out of fuel. See
“Fuel Specification” on page 247.
