Configuration procedure
1) Configuration on AC 2:
# Specify the local clock as the reference source, with the stratum level of 3.

2) Configuration on AC 3:

# Configure AC 3 to work in the NTP broadcast client mode.

Now, AC 3 can receive broadcast messages through VLAN-interface 2, and AC 2 can send broadcast
messages through VLAN-interface 2. Upon receiving a broadcast message from AC 2, AC 3
synchronizes its clock to that of AC 2.
