An extended linkUp/linkDown trap is the standard linkUp/linkDown trap (defined in RFC) appended
with interface description and interface type information. If the extended messages are not
supported on the NMS, disable this function to let the device send standard linkUp/linkDown traps.

If the sending queue of traps is full, the system will automatically delete some oldest traps to
receive new traps.

The system automatically deletes the traps whose lifetime expires.
